These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nordus, operated by ZIM Content ("Nordus", "we", "us"), including the web app at app.nordus.ai, our desktop and mobile apps and the AI agents ("bots") inside them (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Access is by invitation. You are responsible for your account, the devices you pair and everything done through them. Keep your credentials secure and tell us right away about any unauthorized use.
Bots carry out tasks on your instructions, including using the third-party accounts you connect. You decide which accounts to connect and which actions require your approval. Actions involving payments, permanent deletion, security settings or sending content to new recipients ask for your confirmation. You remain responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing results before relying on them.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You keep ownership of the content you provide and of the results the bots produce for you. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process and transmit that content to run the Service. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload.
The Service connects to services we do not control, such as Google, GitHub, social media and scheduling tools. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
AI can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content produced for others. Do not treat them as professional legal, financial or medical advice.
If a paid plan applies to you, its price and billing terms will be agreed separately. Usage of third-party services connected through the Service may be billed by those providers.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, with notice when reasonably possible.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or others. On termination you may request a copy of your content, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nordus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, unless the law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in the Service. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
